Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Products should be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Custom-made or personalized items, including tailored bridal and groom attire, are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
  4. Sale items or discounted products are not eligible for returns.

Process for Returns

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at support@aabidandsajeda.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Order number
    • Proof of purchase
    • Clear images of the item (if defective or damaged)
  3. Upon approval, we will provide a return authorization and further shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

  1. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  2. Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  2. To request an exchange, please follow the same process as returns by contacting us at support@aabidandsajeda.com.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, the new product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  1. Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns once the returned product has been received and inspected.
  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  3. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
