Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products should be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom-made or personalized items, including tailored bridal and groom attire, are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
- Sale items or discounted products are not eligible for returns.
Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@aabidandsajeda.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Clear images of the item (if defective or damaged)
- Upon approval, we will provide a return authorization and further shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- To request an exchange, please follow the same process as returns by contacting us at support@aabidandsajeda.com.
- Once your return is received and inspected, the new product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns once the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
